This privacy statement describes how IW Technologies, “we”, “us” (Developers of Time Tracker +) collects and uses the Information you willingly provide on our Apps. Terms of Use

These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“user” or “you”) and IW Technologies (“we” or “us”, the developers of Time Tracker +), concerning your access to and use of the Time Tracker, as well as any other media form, media channel, website or mobile application. You agree that by using the App and/or the Services, you have read, understood and agree to be bound by all of these Terms of Use.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE TERMS OF USE, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE APP AND THE SERVICES, AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

Unless otherwise indicated, the App and the Services are our proprietary property, and all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, audio, video, text, photographs and graphics, as well as all legal forms (the “Content”) and the trademarks, service marks and logos contained therein (the “Marks”) are owned by or licensed to us, and are protected by copyright and trademark laws and other various intellectual property rights and unfair competition laws of the United States, foreign jurisdictions and international conventions.

User Representations

To access the Services, you must first create an account. By registering on the App, you represent and warrant that:
All registration information you submit will be true, accurate, current and complete;
You will maintain the accuracy of such information and promptly update such registration information to keep it true, accurate, current and complete;
You will keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your password and account;
You are not a minor in the jurisdiction in which you reside;
You will not institute any legal proceedings against our platform and that you have the legal capacity and you agree to comply with these Terms of Use
You will not use the App or the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose including spamming; and
Your use of the App or the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation.

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or we have reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the App (or any portion thereof).
